To start a business with Aularale Cosmetics, you must first order a Beauty Consultant Kit that costs $156 including shipping and handling. Afterwards you must sign the company’s contract. The company offers formal training after the contract is signed. There are two types of training to get you started. Prospective beauty consultants can attend a live class or if travel poses a problem, new consultants may view a 90 minute video tape and then take a 50 question test. Beauty Consultants must complete 8 Glamour Demonstrations after training completion prior to approval for entering the field. Team Mangers, Authorized Trainers, and the Home Office are all available for guidance. Company representatives will receive 50% of the profits and may also recruit new members at an 8% commission. Other perks include being promoted to Team Leader status, and the possibility of obtaining a company car.
