Bead Retreat is a home-based party business in which customers design and make their own jewelry from the beads and the kit they buy from the hostess. Prices range from as low as $5 for an earring kit and $29 for a necklace. A Company Coordinator Sales Assistant helps the hostess. Coordinators receive 23% commission from all sales plus $10 per guest. You can get one of two starter kits to begin. The first costs $79 and the other $179 and both contain enough supplies to begin your business immediately. Monthly team meetings and annual conferences are available.
