by matching buyers of freelance services with sellers of freelance work. On each
freelance website, buyers and sellers of these services each setup profiles. Seller
profiles provide a description of the range of services offered, sample materials,
rates, and details about the provider. Buyer profiles include descriptions and specifications
of the work sought. To gauge the quality of the buyers and sellers, each are able
to rate one another and provide positive and negative references and feedback.
