Description: The New England Culinary Institute an online Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the New England Culinary Institute (NECI). During this 18-month* program, you'll learn the principals of key management functions required to run a professional food-based or hospitality business, from hiring personnel and maintaining accounts to purchasing and inventory control. We emphasize entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and leadership skills, so you'll be able to translate your culinary vision into a successful restaurant or business.

Total Enrollment:

Accredidation: There are three semesters in one year. Each semester consists of two seven-week courses. Students study one course at a time.

Calendar:

Credit Options: Applicants may request transfer of credits earned at accredited postsecondary institutions. Transfer credit is considered if completed with a grade of B or better. Grades of Pass (P) are also considered if credit was awarded. Credits earned in developmental and remedial courses or Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) are not transferable. Credit may also be transferred under the auspices of articulation agreements between NECI and other post-secondary institutions. Maximum credit transfer will not be more than 50% of program total. Transfer applicants must submit official transcripts
