Description: The graduate programs at Saint Xavier University prepare students to assume positions of leadership in professional areas such as health care, business, technology, communication sciences and disorders and education. Graduate education is designed to foster critical understanding within each field of study. Students are expected to synthesize knowledge from their disciplines with current theory and practice in their professions

Accredidation: Courses offered in 8 and 10 week terms.


Credit Options: A maximum of six (6) semester-hours may be accepted for transfer credit in the graduate Counseling, Education, and Speech-Language Pathology programs. A maximum of twelve (12) semester-hours in Nursing and Business graduate programs may be accepted for transfer credit. Transfer credits are not accepted for the Master of Arts in Teaching and Leadership Program

  • Admin Requirements  Admission procedures vary for each program. Application fee is waived if you apply online.
  • Costs  MS in Nursing and MS in Service Management: $676 per semester hour; MA in Education: $624 per semester hour
  • Scholarships  Institutionally funded academic scholarship determined by individual departments. Renewable with a 3.0 GPA or better. Award amount varies.
  • Loans  We offer a variety of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. Each program has specific student eligibility requirements. In general, students must be formally enrolled as degree-seeking and for a minimum number of credit hours.
